Refund Policy

At Cosmo Line, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes an item just isn't quite right. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

7-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns for most products within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery: Your Responsibility

 

Crucially, all products must be thoroughly inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottles, cracked equipment), or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery time.

  • Do not use or open any products that appear damaged or incorrect. Document the issue with clear photographs and contact our team immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@cosmoline.me or call us at +971 52 585 4794 within the 7-day window.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Wait for a detailed shipping instructions from our team before sending any items back. Returns sent without proper communication with us may be refused.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (and reported within 24 hours):

  • Used or opened cosmetics, chemicals, liquids, or hair care products.

  • Tools or electrical items that have been used, tampered with, or are not in original working condition.

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.

 

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days (please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any reason other than a mistake by Cosmo Line Cosmetics Trading, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (damaged/defective product reported within 24 hours or incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
