Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding major holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all orders.

International Shipping: At this time, Cosmo Line only ships within United Arab Emirates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Cosmo Line are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
